A Legacy of Faith • A Testimony of God’s Faithfulness

The story of El‑Shaddai Ministries of Faith, Inc. is one of divine purpose and unwavering trust in God. It began with a sacred moment — a divine encounter that changed everything. While visiting Myrtle Beach and attending a local service, Apostle Jettie Hannah heard the voice of God speak to her heart, revealing the name El‑Shaddai. That word became the seed of a ministry destined to grow through faith, obedience, and perseverance.

In 2001, Apostle Hannah moved to Myrtle Beach and began hosting prayer services in her home. Those intimate gatherings became the spiritual foundation of what would soon blossom into a thriving church family. By 2002, through prayer and obedience to God’s call, El‑Shaddai Ministries of Faith Church was born.

From humble beginnings in a home to worship in a community center, the ministry grew steadily. Each new location — from the Comfort Suites Hotel to Jesse Street — marked another step of faith, another reminder that God was ordering the ministry’s path. When asked how long the church would remain at Jesse Street, Apostle Hannah replied, “Two years.” True to God’s promise, at the end of that period, the ministry entered the building it occupies today — a testament that what God ordains, He is faithful to bring to pass.

El‑Shaddai Ministries stands as a living testimony that vision must be joined with faith, prayer, obedience, and steadfast trust in the Lord. Apostle Hannah spoke the word, believed God, and witnessed its fulfillment. Her message to every believer is simple yet powerful: Speak in faith over your life, trust God’s timing, and remain committed to what He has placed within your heart.

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,

the evidence of things not seen.”

— Hebrews 11:1 (KJV)
